Training Needs Analysis

In order to ensure tailor-made services, QTS starts a project by conducting a training needs-analysis involving both the client and the future participants. This analysis assures that content and methodologies are chosen correctly to match the objectives of both parties.

In this phase of the project, QTS will interview content experts, prospective audience and management. The analysis will also be used to measure the level of expertise and experience of future students and to set the desired levels.

The result of the analysis is a proposal for the structure, the content and the delivery mechanism of the training program. After proposal sign-off, QTS will develop the program, choose methodologies and create course materials.

Methodology, Tools and Courseware Development

The development phase of a training project set up by QTS, results in the choices of tools, training styles and working methods. As part of the development process, QTS develops collateral describing course objectives, content and target audience to ensure expectations are set correctly. A detailed agenda is a crucial part of this collateral.

In order to meet the objectives of the target audience and to motivate individual participants, tools such as electronic learning aids, are chosen to ensure that students are well prepared for the actual training sessions.  Exercises, commercial case studies, showcase presentations, product overviews and competitive analysis are adapted to the local market.

Training materials support the learning process and provide 'after-course' study and reference materials. QTS has extensive experience in developing both paper-based and electronic courseware.
